Theme: Pave a New Path

Our very first TEDx event at Robbinsville High School, we are excited to introduce Ideas Worth Sharing to our students. This event is organized entirely by a youth committee, and our speakers are a mix of youth and adults that can provide interesting new perspectives. We hope every person who organized, prepared, and attended this event learned how we as students and people can Pave a New Path.

Ameet Deshpande

AI PhD Candidate

Mr. Desphande is an artificial intelligence PhD candidate at Princeton University that has done presentations previously on machine learning and ChatGPT. He will be discussing how we can "Pave a New Path" in our world using artificial intelligence.

Aryan Gaur

High School Sophomore

Aryan is a high school sophomore that will discuss how the aviation industry has negative impacts on climate change, and how we can "Pave a New Path" to change this.

Jessica Morel

Orchestra Conductor

Dr. Morel is an orchestra conductor that will discuss upcoming and new ideas in music, drawing on her experience as a youth orchestra conductor to help students "Pave a New Path" in music.

Jianaa Ghosh

High School Senior

Jia is a high school senior that will discuss her experience as an immigrant, and how immigrants "Pave a New Path" in this country.

Joseph Leone

Veteran from Vietnam, Respiratory Therapist

Mr. Leone is a veteran that served in the Air Force in Vietnam and is currently a respiratory therapist at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He will be discussing how veterans can "Pave a New Path" coming back from serving in the army.

Shreyas Sundaraman

High School Junior

Shreyas is a high school junior that will discuss perseverance, and how students can use it "Pave a New Path."

Walter Syzonenko

Internship Coordinator for College Students

Mr. Syzonenko has extensive experience in software and management, being vice president of several teams. He also helps coordinate internships and jobs for college students and will help high schoolers learn how they will "Pave a New Path" in their next step as college students.
