With a deep passion for Women's Economic Empowerment, Nang founded How She Did It with a mission to help women in Myanmar reach their authentic potential at any stage of their lives. Since its inception in 2019, How She Did It has transformed the lives of thousands of women through coaching, specialized training, and meaningful connections.
As a single parent, Nang provides pro-bono coaching services and a sisterhood community to single mothers and victims of domestic violence to help them to rebuild their lives.
When she's not working, Nang enjoys hiking around Sri Lanka or exploring new places to eat with her daughter.

He is also the Founder and Frontman of Stigmata, the premier Heavy Metal band from the country, having globalised Pure Sri Lankan Metal for over two decades. In fact, Suresh writes content websites, annual reports, social media, and is also a PR consultant.
