Recognised as India’s first fashion activist, Aishwarya is also a goodwill ambassador For youth of India and campaigning for collective action on green hydrogen.
Aishwarya content focuses on social media focuses on how Fashion can be used as a tool for social impact and awareness & advocating for climate crisis. She recently represented Indian youth voices at COP27 presidency as the only influencer activist to do so.
Environmental Activist | Ashoka Young Changemaker
Dwishojoyee Banerjee, an environmental activist and a young girl from Patna, Bihar, currently residing in Delhi. Dwishojoyee’s initiative ‘the Soft Move’ focuses on helping young people move away from being ‘Noise-makers’ and towards being ‘Change-makers’. Banerjee’s change-making journey must’ve taken roots when at the age of 4. She questioned her father why is the soap “life buoy” named life buoy( misreading it as a boy) and not life human. From then on, She has voyaged as a volunteer throughout her school life. She has received the YLAC fellowship (2021), Ashoka young changemaker fellowship(2022), and Global changemaker fellowship(2022)among others. She has received various awards. She is also a young Campaigner with Save the Children INDIA.

Dr. Krishnendra Meena is a Faculty member at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His research is centred around the study of Borders and Environment. His work looks at the intersection between Geography and International Relations. An significant aspect of his work deals with the politics around nature, which has led to the stalling of talks on addressing issues related to Climate Change.

Varsha Raikwar, a 25-year-old radio jockey from a small village in Madhya Pradesh, is raising climate change awareness among the grassroots through community radio - Radio Bundelkhand.
Varsha is one of the climate change-maker and an exemplar of women empowerment who is empowering and educating the general public about the planet Earth.
Over 2.5 lakh listeners from 150 villages tune into Radio Bundelkhand to listen to Varsha Raikwar an icon of women empowerment. The listeners listen with zest to the first-hand reports, advice, and the news of it across. She also emphasizes what can be done to make the planet greener for future generations.
