Ayo Akinpelu is a 22-year-old entrepreneur, and the founder of Soft Collections - a clothing brand that has been in existence for 5 years. After graduating from high school in 2017, Ayo Akinpelu bought four clothes for the sum of Five thousand naira to sell to people.
Soon, his business wasn't booming and he realized the need for him to invest in himself to resuscitate his dying business. He became a self-taught entrepreneur by investing a lot in his personal development via books, courses, seminars, masterminds and all.
Today, Ayo Akinpelu has been able to grow his business to the level of generating millions of sales. He went from a one-man business to a full team. His brand is the first brand to take thrift wear business to this great level in Nigeria, as no brand has gone the extra mile to add a very good system and structure to the thrift niche. Ayo Akinpelu has organised a seminar for over 200 SMEs in 2021 teaching them about the rudiments of running a business.
Education and Youth Activist
Hammed Kayode Alabi is passionate about education access in underserved communities and for young people with forced migration backgrounds. Growing up in a slum “Makoko-Nigeria”, education became his lifeline, and he has dedicated 14 years to working in the space. Started as a teacher at the age of 15 and later found a nonprofit “KLCI '' that has helped 6500+ children in underserved communities in Nigeria develop life and 21st-century skills.
He also completed his Masters degree in Africa and International Development at the University of Edinburgh through the MasterCard Foundation Scholarship and researched the MasterCard Foundation-Foundation for All (FFA) project, a bridging educational programme that prepares refugee learners for higher education in Uganda through blended learning.

He trains African young people to create more institutional and economic value for their societies.
