Ayşe Uzunlu
Women rights activist
Ayse Uzunlu graduated from Hacettepe University. She is the president of the Kayseri Branch of the Turkish Women’s Association, of which she has been a member for 27 years. She cooperates with many NGOs, universities and public institutions, gives speeches on women and family issues as a panelist, and participates in TV programs to raise awareness about women’s rights. During the election periods, she was a guest on NTV, CNN Turk, Haber Turk and TRT and evaluated the agenda on Kayseri and women-related issues. She was assigned in a four-person staff to carry out the “Let the Girls Go to School Campaign’’ organized in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education and UNICEF in Kayseri in 2005.
She was responsible for the implementation of the EU Project “Achieving Equality and Our Guarantees in the Fight Against Discrimination’’, which was carried out in 45 provinces in 2019-2022, and the Kayseri leg of the “Women and Girls’ Access to Justice Project’’ between 2022-2024.
Feride Hande Gemici

Feride Hande Gemici was born in Ankara in 1983.
After completing her education at Marmara University Faculty of Law, she went to Cambridge to study Legal English. She started her business life in the private health sector, unlike her profession. She has been working at Huma Private Hospital, where she has been a member of the board of directors and the hospital director position for 17 years. Gemici, who carries the concept of law into her professional life, is a lawyer of the Kayseri Baro Association.
She is interested in different branches of art, literature and sports. Gemici, who is a member of the National Association of Photography Amateurs, started taking birth photos in 2008. She became the first birth photographer of Kayseri. She has two solo photography exhibitions. Her articles about life were published in the Anatolian Supplement of the Newspaper Posta for 7 years.
She bears an eternal responsibility and love towards Mother Nature and all the lives she has in her.
Hülya Tiritoğlu

She was born in Kayseri in 1973. Hulya Tiritoglu, who started her business life after raising her children, started with a local products sales store in 2010.
In order to develop this business, she conducted research on the product variety of similar stores, especially in Istanbul, and founded the brand “CEMENS GURME’’.
She set up a small workshop and started producing Manti. After that, it became the exclusive local products production center of Turkey by adding different products to it.
She aimed to meet the customers of the local tastes that she is a manufacturer of, and “CEMENS MUTFAK’’ has been put into operation.
Currently, with a team of 80 people, she continues to produce local products, introduce them and offer them to customers.
Hulya Tiritoglu’s next goal is to produce innovative products suitable for new eating habits by keeping the old ones alive and to introduce them to the whole world.
Öznur Serçeler

Oznur Serceler was born on October 10th, 1987 in Kayseri.
She started her music education at the “Mersin University Conservatory’’ in 2001. Then, in 2003, she continued her music education at the “Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts’’.
In 2007, she participated in concerts in Berlin, Kasel and Bodrum with the “World Youth Orchestra’’ project.
Then she continued her career with acting. She played Fatos as a role in the TV series “Dolunay’’. She starred with Sarp Apak and Ozge Ozpirincci in the film “Karisik Kaset’’. She gave life to the character ‘Duru’ in the “Askin Kanunu’’ series. Oznur Serceler, who played the character of ‘Mina Seferidis’ in the drama series of “Hayat Devam Ediyor’’ directed by Mahsun Kirmizigul, played the character of Leyla in the TV series ‘Erkenci Kus’, which was broadcasted between 2018-2019.
Oznur Serceler finally continues her acting adventure on the screens with the series ‘Yali Capkini’.

In 1983, she graduated from Goethe-Gymnasium Ludwigsburg High School as the first Turkish.
She founded the company “SEFES’’ with her husband in 1997 and started to trade Turkish handmade carpets and rugs.
She was a member of the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce Assembly and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, Turkish German TSO Advisory Board Member, TOBB EU Harmonization Commission member, Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Women Committee Turkey Representative, and TOBB Kayseri Women Entrepreneurs Board Founding President.
She is the Vice President of Talas Promotion Social Assistance and Solidarity Association and a Member of the Board of Directors of KIGDER Women’s Cooperation Development Association.
Safak Civici, who was a partner of S.S. Talas Dexterous Hands Women’s Cooperative in 2020, exports to many countries.

Her childhood dreams were to become an F1 driver because of her passion for speed and to live on an animal farm out of her love for animals and nature.
She studied at the Department of Zootechnics of the Faculty of Agriculture at Ege University. While studying at the 2nd year of university, she founded her own e-commerce site which is “petbutik35.com’’. She also made her first export by selling cat bow ties while she was still a student.
Currently, she has owned the Mr. Balky, Mastercat, PetButik35 and Çiftçiexpress which are the brands and products that have made their name in many parts of the world.
In 2022, she became the youngest business person to be awarded the ‘Strong Women of Export Award’. She won the Arlem awards with the Çiftçiexpress project.
Her goal is to found the entire work-related system, remove herself from the system and live a completely remotely controllable business life when she reaches the age of 35.
Şule Hüsrevoğlu

She is from Kayseri. After completing the Department of Electronic Engineering at Erciyes University in 2002, she started to work in the Quality Department at “Aspilsan Energy’’, one of the companies of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation and one of the numbered defense industry companies of Turkey. She was appointed as the Quality and Certification Manager in 2014. Sule Husrevoglu, who has more than 19 years of professional life experience, took part in all production stages from battery design to shipment at Aspilsan Energy. Husrevoglu, who has been working as production manager since 2020, has been continuing her business life as Battery Development and Production Director since 2023. She is also involved in the investment studies of Turkey’s first and only battery cell production factory.
Sule Husrevoglu provides training in many quality and production fields like Risk Management, Strategic Process Management, Production & Quality Management, Certificationand Lean Manufacturing.
