Theme: Learning Related Stress

During the pandemic period stress has become a global problem faced by human beings at all stages of their life.
Unfortunately, it represents a serious problem and effects on everyday lifestyle. Academic stress also forms different stressing factors. Students face stress during all stages and it damages various cognitive functions throughout the learning process.
In students’ reviews, stress' impacts and effects on learning and memory are highlighted. They are vital in their achievement and improvement as they are part of the cognitive functions of the brain.
Besides difficulties, students are able to find solutions to overcome obstacles. They are eager to share with us helpful tips and useful skills that help them in the process of learning. They emphasize how important it is to be motivated and self -disciplined in order to be a successful person and to have a promising future.

Anastasia Babutsidze is a 16- year -old student at Tbilisi Green school. She has been passionate about public speaking and communications, as well as reading books, painting and learning human psychology. She is always ready to challenge herself and always eager to share her experiences and knowledge with others. After graduation she plans to become a life coach.

Andria Utiashvili is 15 years old. He is in 11th grade and has been studying in green school for over 10 years. He has had big problems regarding education-related stress throughout all of his life and has gained much experience on this subject. Andria wants to fight against the current situation and help people realize how important it is to be happy.

Barbare Ebanoidze is a 13 year old student at Tbilisi Green School. She is calm and reasonable. She enjoys learning about human mindset and psychology but also has many other interests, She actively takes part in learning and is interested in human rights.

Elizabeth Gabechava is in year 9 at Tbilisi Green School. She is kind and understanding. Elizabeth loves reading books and writing poems. Despite some episodes of failure, she was able to overcome the difficulties and learned how to use that problem as her strength to become the best version of herself and achieve success in the near future.

Giorgi Tkeshelashvili is a 15 years old 10th grade student at the Tbilisi Green School. Giorgi is keen on reading books, learning IT, skiing, playing games, and watching movies. He had many difficulties while learning, but he realized that the most important things to overcome problems are to be self-disciplined and patient. He is hardworking, determined and a big risk taker.

Irina Tkebuchava is 16 years old, a student of Tbilisi green school. She is organized and responsible. In addition, she has a lot of hobbies; she loves hanging out with friends, watch ing movies and reading books. Irina has taken part in a debate club, where she learned how to be more organized, critical and confident.

Kato is a 16 year old student at Tbilisi Green School. She is a very motivated student and does all her work on a high academic level. Kato enjoys learning and she would like to be successful in the future.

Kesaria Dekanoidze is 14 years old. She has been studying at Tbilisi Green School since the 8th grade. Some of her favorite hobbies are photography and video editing but she enjoys watching movies and listening to music in her free time. Even though she has quite ambitious goals for the future, sometimes she struggles with her lack of motivation which is why she decided to discuss different ways in which she overcame her obstacles. She hopes that her suggestions can help people with similar issues.

Her main goal in life is to become a leader in her future field while traveling around the world and getting to know other cultures. She doesn’t know what profession she is going to devote herself to but she knows that in some sort of way it will involve public speaking.

She enjoys writing and isn’t the type of person that stays silent for long. In the future, she sees herself teaching psychology and criminology at university.

Mariam Beriashvili is a 15 year-old student at the Tbilisi Green School. She has always been an active, hard-working and successful student since the 1st grade. Her main passion and adorable activities are reading books,horse riding and listening to music. She is a big fan of Led Zeppelin. She strives to be the best at everything. Her main interest is exploring new information about the subjects she likes. (E.g. Worldwide Literature,Criminology, History Of 20th Century, etc.) Mariam enjoys helping other people.She has participated in some charities, she thinks that every person should show some kindness and make other people feel happy.

Nini Gviniashvili is a 14-year-old student from Tbilisi Green School. She is friendly and inspired with big dreams. She tries her best to achieve her goals and turn her dreams into reality. In the future she wants to study psychology and human behavior to help people who gave up on their dreams because of different fears, problems and insecurities. Nini believes that it will be easier to understand people who have the same problems that she once had. She also thinks that giving up is never an option and there is always a way out. Her favorite motto is “When life closes a door it opens a window.”
