Our way of perception, here at MEC does not go with the enormous hype that the world gives to the destination and all that it brings. While success is cardinal, it's the beauty of the journey that should be celebrated. To give an eye for detail to every change around us is to embrace the metamorphosis.

Lt Cdr Bidisha Pandey (Retd) is a former Logistics Officer in the Indian Navy with various accomplish- ments, including leading the Naval Marching Contingent twice during the Republic Day Parade and sailing from Cape Town to Goa as part of the Trans-Atlantic Cape to Rio International Ocean Sailing Expedition. She was awarded a Commonweal- th Scholarship to pursue a Master's degree in London and now works as the Director of Trade & Investment at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission. She aims to inspire women to pursue their dreams and live life to the fullest.

He is a thought leader in the field, recognized with awards such as the Jay Chiat and Cannes Gold Lion.

Khyrunnisa A

Khyrunnisa A. is an award-winning writer of children's fiction and adults. She created the comic character Butterfingers and authored the Butterfingers series of books for older children. This character first made his appearance in the Indian children's magazine, Tinkle. She has written two books for adults, two collections of animal stories, and a short novel. Khyrunnisa is a full-time writer and lives in Thiruvananthapuram.
