With over three decades of experience, including twenty years in the oil and gas industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. As the head of the Technocratic arm of the Governor's Office, she leads the Edo State Public Service Transformation Project, emphasizing people-centric initiatives. Previously, Sarah managed various transformation initiatives in the oil industry, focusing on social performance, information technology, and local content disciplines. She holds a BA in English & Literary Studies and two Post Graduate Degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Liverpool.
