Bahram Sadeghi Bigham

Dr. Bahram Sadeghi Bigham is a computer scientist and an associate professor at Alzahra University in Tehran, Iran. He conducts research on algorithms, robot motion planning, artificial intelligence, and data science. He has written books on Alan Turing and autonomous mobile robots and has done research on artificial intelligence for medical and trajectory applications. He is also affiliated with the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences in Zanjan, Iran.
Mahsa Vahabi
Urban Archeologist
Mahsa Vahabi is a graduate of the University of Tehran with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Archeology. She is currently a PhD student in the field of historical archeology at the same university. Her research is focused on urban archeology and remote sensing. Her studies are concentrated on research related to Tehran. Some of her work in Tehran includes exploring Molavi Street and discovering the 7,000-year-old woman of Tehran. She was a scientific assistant at the fourth congress of architecture and urban planning in Tehran province from 2012 to 2014.
Reza Haririan Javan

Reza is a passionate advocate for positive change. He has a diverse background in environmental research, engineering, and content creation. He co-produces the "StringCast" Podcast, a show that explores the wonders of science and the universe. He also participates in various environmental campaigns, such as planting trees in Iran and educating people about climate change. Reza's mission is to improve access to knowledge and inspire the next generation of thinkers through teaching, science communication, and content creation.
Reza Ramezan
Statistician and Computational Neuroscientist
Reza Ramezan is a statistician at the University of Waterloo, Canada. His research focuses on developing novel statistical methodologies at the intersection of statistics, neuroscience, and life sciences, where he collaborates with statisticians and scientists in biology, neuroscience, public health, and the environment. He is passionate about making statistics more accessible to researchers from other disciplines and enjoys standing on the bridge between statistics and life sciences. From 2015-2017 he was a professor in the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at California State University in Fullerton, USA. Since 2017, he has joined the University of Waterloo, Canada, where he is currently teaching and conducting research in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science. He has received several awards and recognitions for his university teaching, and his students describe him as “passionate,” “enthusiastic,” and “inspirational.”
Saina Afsar
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Saina Afsar is a clinical psychologist specializing in mental health and improving marital relationships. She is a member of the Iranian Psychological Association and the National Association of Psychologists. Dr. Afsar is a researcher and instructor in the field of life skills and empowerment of women and adolescents. She has 15 years of clinical experience in various centers. During her career, she has worked on the treatment of mental disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, suicide, domestic violence, marital crises, and couples therapy. Dr. Afsar helps her patients with their problems and finds appropriate solutions using modern and scientific methods of psychotherapy.
