Founder of Ayurgamaya
The earthiness of Salila Sukumaran matches her name.
She has lived all over the world and travelled extensively, even exploring the sands of Western Hampshire and the Indian subcontinent. Salila is hiding her escape by travelling on an ayurvedic diet while keeping one foot in Kerala and the other in California.
She owes her family's genealogy a significant portion of her knowledge, and she hopes to continue the study of Ayurveda after her great Grandmother. A long-standing custom passed down from her grandmother's traditions, which she was very dubious about growing up, led her to search for a more Western way of life.
Salila is the founder of Ayurgamaya, a safe space for ayurveda medicine, which has as one of its goals learning "How To Develop Mindfulness And Serenity During Stressful Or Uncertain Times."
