In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Ayşe Özlem İnci

She was born in 1985. She graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Physical Education and Sports Teaching. Her stories are published in the magazines; Varlık, Notos, Prens Kitap, Offline İstanbul, Patika. In foreign magazines; culture-art interviews are at Bianet, Newspaper Mural, Oggito, Culture and art; Her sports articles were published in “Pulbiber Magazine”. Her short story book "Im Coming From the Bottom of the Ground" by “İletişim Publishing” in 2021 became one of the seven finalists in the 12th Türkan Saylan Art Award category.

Ayşegül Taşkıran

She completed her primary and middle school education in Yayladağı. After graduating from the Justice Vocational School of Law Faculty, she obtained a degree from the Faculty of Economics at Anadolu University. After various corporate work experiences, she founded her own venture, Defne Peleti, in 2017. She added her innovation to the waste branches at the traditional laurel leaf drying facility run by her family, creating added value to the waste branches. With the Defne PELET brand, she became a notable national brand and achieved sales in many provinces. Internationally, she exports to Croatia, Italy, Finland, Lebanon, Bulgaria, and Germany. She currently serves as the founding director in her ongoing business. In addition to this venture, she also produces laurel-scented cat litter. Ayşegül Taşkıran has two existing brands, Defne Pelet and Daphnecatslitter. She loves challenges, people, and competition. She defines success as working hard and never giving up.

Engin Hepileri

He was born in 1978 in Istanbul. He studied at the Istanbul University State Conservatory theater department in 1996. After his graduation, he entered the "Acting Master's Department" of the same university in 2002. He completed his master's degree in 2005 by publishing his thesis. In the same years, he worked as a research assistant at his university as well as an assistant to Yıldız Kenter. Between 1998 and 2012, he took part in more than twenty plays at the Kenter Theater. He directed the plays 'Kuyruk' and 'Zorla Güzellik' at Kenter Theater and the play 'Bulanık' at Theater 0.2.He founded "Tiyatro.iN" in 2014 and chose "Katil Joe" as his first project. It won 6 awards in total. In 2015, he took part in the production of "39 Basamak" as Tiyatro iN and acted in the play. In 2016, "Akciğer" and in 2022, "Anne" plays were added and played by him to contribute to Tiyatro iN.He took part in many TV series and movies. He was also in more than 15 commercials, and does voice-overs. Engin Hepileri received many awards from many organizations such as Afife Jale Theater, Sadri Alışık Theater, Altın Koza Cinema and Eleştirmenler Birliği. The plays "Anne" and "Akciğer", in which he has a role, are still being performed.

Kerem Avcıergün

He was born in 1981 in Istanbul. He volunteered in search and rescue efforts during the 1999 earthquake. He graduated from Eyüboğlu High School and International Baccalaureate program in 2000. He studied political science and international relations at Syracuse University, USA. He received the CIES Fifa Masters certificate at Bahçeşehir University. He founded Spormen Sports Agency in 2009. Between 2014 and 2017, he worked at all levels of the Vote and Beyond Association. In May 2017, he founded the IZ Movement with his friends. In December 2017, he established the "Temiz Hasat Tüketim Kooperatifi" with his friends. He continues to be a board member and spokesperson for both of them. He continues his civil society activities and social entrepreneurship activities on issues such as environmental advocacy, children's rights, local development.

Seren Anaçoğlu

Seren Anaçoğlu graduated from Kabataş High School and is currently a student at Bahçeşehir University, Faculty of Law. She has been participating in MUN Organizations since 2018. She also takes part in MUN conferences as the Secretary-General and as a delegate. Since 2019, she is a climate activist affiliated with Fridays For Future and volunteering as a MUN trainer at MUNTURKEYCOM. In her school, she was the pr chairman of the FRC team. She played tennis professionally. She attends conferences about the climate crisis. She takes action to stop carbon emissions. She is a leader in the organization team of "Youth for Climate Turkey" and in explaining to people how they will be affected by the climate crisis in a few years. She was also at the European Commission as a Climate Ambassador representing Turkey.
