As the founder of MVV Academy and Golden Path Academic Vietnam, he became the first certified instructor in Vietnam for sales management programs by Mercuri International. He is also an advisor for the Vietnam Brand Program, and a consultant on brand development/communication strategy: Sovico Group, Vietnam Airlines, Vinamilk, VNG, and other international organizations: Danida and USAID. His work experience is diverse, spanning multiple categories and fields with high-profile corporations.

Van Possible has a burning passion for theatre and a longing to spread joy to others. This is the reason why she is interested in improvisation and is now gradually bridging the gap between Vietnamese audiences and this art form. Van Possible gained her popularity through "Hoa Hau Toan Dai Ngan Ha". Coming back to Vietnam after finishing her Master's program in New York, she became the founder of Saigon Improv House - one of the first improvisation schools in Vietnam.
