According to her, a contented life involves being present in the moment and tending to one's immediate wants and needs. Short-term aspirations and preferences are important, and one's emotional state during those fleeting moments should be the focus. Although external events may influence us, what truly matters is the internal emotional state of an individual. Happiness is something that originates from within ourselves. It depends on our mindset and attitude towards life. Her narrative concerning a father and daughter captivated the knowledgeable audience, prompting them to reflect on their current position in life and how to surmount any obstacles.
