Our speaker himself stated, Yavuz Yiğit, who is a youth worker who designs intellectual games, effective altruist, social entrepreneur, and debater, founded Aydiya Organization, which produces innovative corporate social responsibility projects, in 2011 for companies, universities, municipalities and institutions. He took part in more than 200 national and international projects in 10 different countries by producing "intellectual and social games" in which thousands of young people participated, such as Championship, Street Olympics, High School University, Debate School, and My Future Social Sciences Summit. With the Aydiya Organization Kindness Championship project, which is one of his biggest projects, he had high school students who have never produced a project in their life produced 48 projects in 3 months, and with these projects, he produced a value of 1 million TL. He participated in discussions about Turkey on BBC, BBC Radio and CNN International channels and gave interviews to these channels. As a result of the education he received from Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard education in debate, rhetoric and leadership, Yavuz Yiğit gave lectures at many institutions including GlaksoSmithKline, TRT World, Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Youth and Sports, the president of the Debating Oratory Association, the students of the World. He won more than 50 national and international trophies, including the Arabic Debating Championship. He was one of the 8 young leaders invited from the world to the International Mosaic Leadership Program in 2013, and later received the Best Education Project Award of 2016 from Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım with his Debate School project.
