Abigail Ducharme is a 14-year-old entrepreneur who has a passion for writing, art, and STEAM. She has published a book titled The New Crafters and created and manages a video game YouTube channel with her little brother Micah. She and her brother Micah just started their first merchandise line Smiley productions. She is always finding ways to give back to people and the community and serving in various capacities whether that is for her school, church, or local nonprofit organizations.
She has a passion for helping our nation’s veterans and devotes time to help fundraise for educational programs. Abby is also a double sport athlete playing volleyball and basketball, and on her side, time loves to shoot a compound bow, oil paint, design games and websites and crochet. Her passion is to help other teenagers to realize they can be unstoppable too.
Anuradha Dole

Anuradha Dole is a junior at Padua Academy in Wilmington, Delaware. At Padua, she is involved in tennis, Blue Gold, and Culture Crew. She has also been a member of the MOE 365 robotics team for the last two years. In addition to working on the robot, she leads the outreach team, which aims to inspire youth to pursue STEM. In her free time, Anuradha enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and learning about astrophysics. Additionally, she is very passionate about improving the quality of education in the United States, particularly in the field of geography. This led her to teach geography this past summer at the Rodney Street Tennis & Tutoring Association’s summer camp. In her Ted Talk, Anuradha is excited to share her opinion on geography education in the American school system and what can be done to improve geographical awareness.

Arnav Taduvayi is a student who is passionate about computer science and environmental sustainability. He is involved in several organizations that have allowed him to broaden and express his interests, as well as making a positive impact within my community. In his free time, he enjoys cooking cultural fusion dishes, playing volleyball, and spending time with his family.

Paityn Farrow

Paityn Farrow is a junior at Tower Hill School who is passionate about math, upcycling and connecting people to support stronger community. Recognizing the power of a single voice, she seeks to amplify the need for connection and compassion among her peers, highlight commonality among people who may initially appear different and encourage others to engage in positive change. Paityn credits the UPenn Schoolyard Ventures program with sparking her interest in business and social entrepreneurship. Outside of school, Paityn enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, thrifting and serving as an active member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
Rohan Konkimalla

Rohan Konkimalla is in the class of 2024 at Newark Charter High School in Newark, Delaware. He is extremely determined and outgoing and loves working with a variety of unique people to help better the community around us. He has always been fascinated with Finance and Entrepreneurship; because of its challenging nature, it allows him to push himself. He explores this passion by participating in various activities, such as Business Professionals of America, and it allows him to nurture diverse values such as creativity, leadership, and reliability. Outside of the classroom, some of his hobbies include playing lacrosse, running track, and traveling.
Zach Marsden

Zach Marsden is a student at Drexel University where he studies music business. Since his elementary years, Zach has involved himself in various choirs and musical activities in and out of school. Over the last three years his musical growth has expanded through teaching himself how to play guitar, how to produce and record his own music.
