In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Dr. Sewanti Limaye is a highly awarded and learned Director of Medical & Precision Oncology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. After finishing her MBBS, Dr. Limaye completed her MD in Medical Oncology at New York University and a Fellowship in Haematology And Medical Oncology at the Albert Einstein University, North Shore. Dr. Limaye was among the top of her class during her fellowship and was nominated as Chief Fellow. She did her Masters in Patient Oriented Research from Columbia University. She has led several national and international trials and has been a part of Data Safety Monitoring Boards.

Nishaad Shah is a seasoned sportsperson who has represented India at various tournaments including US Open, German Open, Hong Kong Open, Indian Open, Asian Junior Championships, Global Cadet Challenge, to name a few. He is a 2-time silver medalist at the Iran Open, Maharashtra and Delhi State Champion, several MSSAs and Mumbai District Champion, School Games National Champion and All India University Championships Gold medalist. He studied at the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi and the Columbia University.
