Where we bring together Indonesia's leading thinkers and doers who will share their ideas, passion, and stories with a new generation of thinkers and creatives. During this one-day event, engage with 6 of Indonesia's most prominent speakers, participate in workshops and connect with a community of like-minded intellectuals and creatives in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our theme for this year's talks, "Radical Reframe", can be summarized by this blurb: "Everyone has their own worldview. What is yours? You viewed the world differently than before. What changed it? Why change it? Your new perception changed your life and possibly others because you did not choose to live inside the box but reframe the box. Now is the time to share your story. One reframe at a time."

Andi Taufan

Founder and CEO of Amartha

Andi Taufan is an ITB graduate in Management and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University. Having a strong social compassion, Taufan pivoted in creating Amartha in 2010 as a microfinance institution then transformed into a financial technology company in 2016. Former Special Staff of The President of Republik Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, and Former Consultant, IBM. He has also received many awards such as Young Changemaker (2010), Ashoka: Penghargaan Satu Indonesia (2011), Astra: Laureate Global Fellow (2013) and Ganesha Innovation Champion Awards (2014).

Anna Leshchuk, Refocus’ Research Department Head, will speak at the event. The Harvard University alumni has more than a decade of experience in product and marketing and is now making a positive impact on people's lives through EdTech. She helps define and drive the future of products through Customer Development.

David Audy

Operating Partner at East Ventures

David is currently the Operating Partner at East Ventures. His role is to work together with tech founders and team in managing various aspects of their business and value creation. He has 19 years experience in various industry, from e-commerce to media and content, with multiple C-Level positions. Among his notable experiences are CEO of PT MNC Tbk, Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, founder of Okezone.com, and BoC member of PT Matahari Dept Store Tbk.

Kezia Sirait

Top 13th Finalist Indonesian Idol Special Season 2021

Kezia Sirait, widely known as Key B., is a Top 13th Finalist in Indonesian Idol Special Season 2021. The singer has participated in Just Duet (2016), and she is also a part of Soulsister, a screen-born girlgroup from the inaugural season of The Next Boy/Girl Band Indonesia in 2017.

Shinta Dhanuwardoyo

Founder and CEO of Bubu.com

Shinta is a tech industry veteran and trailblazer. Since the inception of her first company Bubu.com in 1996, the award-winning entrepreneur has impacted Indonesia's digital landscape in countless ways. She has been recognized by Globe Asia as one of the “99 Most Powerful Women,” Tatler’s Asia most influential and was named as the “Inspiring Women Honor Roll” by Forbes Indonesia Magazine. Shinta has worked tirelessly to advance technology in the region since founding Bubu.com and serving as the company's CEO, a position she still holds. Her first company, Bubu.com started as a web development company that later evolved into a full-service data-driven digital agency. In 2019, Bubu turned into a venture builder, growing a number of new ventures under the holding. One of the ventures include Bubu Gaming, a full-service gaming and esports agency, backed by 25+ years of experience in digital and by individuals who have more than 10 years in Esport industry.

Tommy Tjiptadjaja received his MBA with Honors degree from the University Chicago Booth as well as Bachelor with Honors from University of Texas at Austin. Tommy is passionate in building meaningful businesses that bring positive social and environmental impact. He has worked across the US, Europe, as well as Indonesia across roles and industries, among others as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Through Greenhope, Tommy seeks to demonstrate business as a force for good in solving one of our biggest environmental and existential threats which is plastic waste pollution. Greenhope researched, developed, produced biodegradable, bio-based and compostable materials named Naturloop, Ecoplas, and Oxium. Greenhope’s work is recognized with the World Economic Forum as part of Schwab Social Entrepreneur, Top 100 Visionary Leaders by Real Leaders, Sustainable Business Award Indonesia, Flourish Prize for UN SDG Goal no 12: Sustainable Consumption and Production.
