Alex Mirabal
Alex Mirabal is a seasoned offensive line football coach who is in his second season with the Miami Hurricanes, serving both as assistant head coach and offensive line coach. He is known for his fierce coaching style which challenges players to dig deep and push themselves to be the best version of themselves on the field. He is also a relentless recruiter and thrives in player development. During the 2021 cycle, Mirabal earned recognition as one of the top 25 recruiters in the country while helping Oregon to an all-time best No. 3 class ranking by Rivals. In his final season in Eugene, Mirabal helped guide the Ducks to a 10-4 record, including a 7-2 mark in conference play, and their third straight appearance in the Pac-12 Championship Game. A former teacher and coach at Miami’s Christopher Columbus High School, he has a deep appreciation for the work done by the high school football coaches who coach and teach some of the most talented young athletes in America.
Danny Collazo
Daniel Collazo is a Cuban-Jamaican musician born and raised in Miami, FL. He has been a musician his whole life, starting with the guitar at five years old and eventually learning piano and bass. Daniel records and performs with his band Tongue Tied and does session work for other local artists. He is currently a senior at Florida International University where he is majoring in Music Business.

Since its inception, BLUE Missions has raised over $10,000,000 to advance their mission of ending the global water and sanitation crisis in our lifetime and provided clean water and sanitation to over 50,000 people across 200+ rural communities throughout Latin America. Over 5,000 students have traveled with BLUE Missions to assist in the construction of these projects, opening their eyes to great needs that exist on our planet and helping them realize the power they have to change the world.

Jorge L. Guerra Jr. is the president and CEO of Real Estate Sales Force (RESF) and has been responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and growth since its inception in 2005. Guerra’s extensive experience as a former agent, the founder and owner of a thriving brokerage, an association executive, and a highly regarded keynote speaker has equipped him to remain on top of emerging issues and trends impacting the future of real estate. He was named the 2020 Chairman of the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest real estate association in the nation, and the 2021 Global Liaison of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Currently, he is the Treasurer of the Florida Realtors Association.
Patrick Farrell
Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Patrick Farrell has been a professional photojournalist for more than 40 years. His work has taken him to Turkey, Haiti, Cuba and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2009, Farrell’s haunting images from a brutal hurricane season in Haiti won the Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News Photography. His photographs from Haiti also have been recognized with first place prizes from Pictures of the Year International and the Overseas Press Club, among other awards. Along with a team from WLRN, Farrell was honored with the 2016 Edward R. Murrow First Place Award for a multi-media project on immigration. From 1987 to 2019, Farrell was a staff photographer at the Miami Herald, where he was part of the newspaper’s staff that won the 1993 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service for coverage of Hurricane Andrew.

In memory of his daughter Bella who passed at the tender age of 10 after a valiant and inspiring battle with cancer, Raymond voluntarily serves as Chairman of the Live Like Bella® childhood cancer foundation, which has made possible millions for childhood cancer research. His foundation serves families with children battling cancer across the U.S. and in 36 countries. He is the author of the bestselling book entitled Why Not Me? and of the audio book 12 Principles To Walk In Victory. Raymond donates 100% of the profits from his books to pediatric cancer research and charity.
