Truong holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology and a Master in Public Policy at Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management. He is a scholar of many community development programs in different NGOs and universities, such as World Learning, Peacework, the YMCA, United People Global Sustainability Leadership, YSEALI Professional Fellows Program, and ABG Young Leaders Program.
Currently, he works at the University of Arizona as the Program Manager for Vietnam. Apart from his work experience and education, Truong accomplished a number of achievements in implementing social activities for youth in various fields, including youth empowerment, rural development, capacity building, and so on. He is a scholar of many international programs that address pressing issues the world is facing, and he has conducted research on an analysis of inter-regional water management in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam and the roles of stakeholders in the context of climate change.

Dr. Nguyen Hong Quan is currently an associate professor at the Vietnam National University – HCM (VNU-HCM). He is leading a newly established Institute for Circular Economy Development (ICED) & is affiliated with the center of Water Management and Climate Change (WACC), Institute for Environment and Resources (IER).
He has a special interest in solving environmental-related issues based on inter/trans-disciplinary study & by a strong partnership among academia-industry-government. He has been working in water modeling (e.g. saline intrusion, flood/drought, water pollution) in Southern Vietnam over the past 15 years & expanded his expertise in other disciplines e.g. climate change adaptation/mitigation, circular economy, socio-ecological system, sustainability science.
He has been leading many projects (international, national, ministerial, and provincial levels) with total funding of $ US1.5M. He has published actively in various international journals, conferences/workshops too.

Tran Huong Giang MPP (Master in Public Policy), is currently both working as a senior expert in economics and policy for the international consulting company enCity, and researcher/ teaching assistant at the Fulbright University Vietnam. Huong Giang is an experienced consultant for localities, social organizations, and businesses on development strategies and competitiveness identification.
In the field of education, Huong Giang regularly participates in the teaching teams on the subjects of Leadership, Public Management, Policy Implementation, Regional/ Local Development, and Negotiation. Huong Giang's research areas mainly surround social issues, culture, education, agriculture, and tourism. She also collaborates with a number of newspapers in the country.
With 10 years of living in the Mekong Delta, Huong Giang has written many articles on the economic, and social issues, difficulties, and challenges of this region, she is one of the authors writing The Annual Mekong Delta.

Trung Pham has been active in building the startup community in Vietnam for more than 5 years. He helped found Danang Business Incubator in 2016 and run it since 2018. He was an angel investor and advisor to many local startups. Trung joined Dat Bike in early 2021 and is currently in charge of their financial and operational issues where his main goal is to build a team both devoted and competent to achieve Dat Bike's long-term vision of bringing green mobility to everyone.
