Edward Riley is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He served in the US Army and worked in corporate America with IBM and Sprint. Edward is the founder of several businesses and the author of four books. He holds a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Newburg Theological Seminary. He was selected as an Outstanding Young Man of America in 1984. He was the First African American Kidney-Bone Marrow Sibling Donor in 1999 for MOTEP & the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Florida. Kevin started his career as a pharmacist, back in 1995, where he was promoted throughout his career more times than he can remember due to his ability to communicate and connect. After discovering what he had through coaching and other personal development work, he later partnered with a speaking organization where he began facilitating speaking and connection techniques, both virtually and in-person, to leaders who were from all over the world. Petergay Dunkley-Mullings RN, a once rejected teenage mother, contesting with homelessness and neglect, has rid herself of the shackles of adversity from her past. She now proudly wears many hats. She serves as the head nurse at one of the largest hospice facilities in the Southeast- caring for end-of-life patients; she is a philanthropist, the author of Can't Afford To Fail, and the founder of the Can't Afford To Fail foundation- an initiative established to keep children in school.
Fueled by determination to not let the chapters of her past surrounding an abusive relationship she survived, backlash accompanying her being a teenage mother, being banished from home and is forced to survive on the streets- to write her story in its entirety. Petergay is dedicated to improving the lives of dying patients and their families through her work in Hospice and Palliative care.
