Jessica is author of Triumph Through the Tears-Finding Hope and Purpose Through Loss and The 5 G's to a Stronger Mindset. As a certified Ziglar Legacy Coach, John Maxwell Coach/Trainer and ACE Personal Trainer she has helped thousands of women transform their lives over the past twelve years. In addition, she holds many wellness certifications. She graduated Magna Sum Laud from Gannon University with a dual major in Business and Sociology and minor in Personal Training. Her passion to help her community is evident in her involvement in many different charities. She is President of Cure SMA Delaware/South Jersey Chapter (19 years), 9 year participant of Dancing with Delaware Stars to benefit Mom's house and Boys & Girls Club as well as supporter of many others. She also served as an honorary commander for three years at the Dover Air Force Base.
Director of Quality Improvement and Westside Family Healthcare
LeAnn M. Myers serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Westside Family Healthcare. She is responsible for providing direction and leadership for the clinical performance improvement programs throughout the Westside Family Healthcare network. LeAnn contributes to the organization’s mission and vision by planning, designing, studying and assessing organization-wide clinical performance improvement. She also supports the “Quadruple Aim” at Westside which focuses on enhancing the patient experience, improving population health, reducing cost, and improving the work life of the health care providers, including clinicians and staff. LeAnn also co-authored an article published by Children’s Hospital Association in their May 2019 on-line edition, featuring her work on managing the aggressive child in the ambulatory setting. LeAnn received her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus in Executive Leadership from Wilmington University in 2017.

Lovell Kosh is a former two-sport college athlete and certified strength and conditioning coach, holding certifications through NSCA, USA-W, NASE along with over 14 years of coaching experience. He has worked with hundreds of fitness clients as well as athletes from the NBA, NFL and MLB level. Lovell has a Masters in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention.
