Today, we live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with far more information than we can possibly digest. We are communicating at a faster rate than we have ever been previously. So, how do we characterize ourselves and the world we live in today? Are we linked in any way? Are we nimble? Do we consider ourselves to be advanced? Knowing something is one thing, but wisdom is the ability to distinguish those components of that information that have a long-term and meaningful impact on one’s life. In this fast-paced, fast-changing world, we passionately believe in the power of wisdom and ideas. As a result, we’re creating a community and a space where India’s most enlightened thinkers and curious people may interact with ideas and wisdom
Embers which means the smoldering or glowing remains of a fire is a testament to people coming up from the worst phases of their lives to what they are now. The ultimate fire in the belly of all those personalities who said they’d never give up regardless of what happens is the reason they have built an empire.
Rise from the Embers envisages ideas that have never been explored. Ideas about areas that have glowing remains of a fire, that when touched, can lit up the whole world.
We would like to hear stories or ideas from people to foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and provoke conversations that matter.
