Johnny grew up as a past state schoolboys rugby union captain, past West Coast Pirates rugby league captain, and unashamedly appalling student. Borne of necessity, Johnny is now solely responsible for managing Product Development & Design, Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Accounts, Finance, Assets, Inventory, Property & Facilities, IT, Web Design, SEO, Ecommerce and Operations on a daily basis. He is currently the Managing Partner at Flower Box Home Fragrance.
Julian Pace
CEO and Founder of Happiness Co.
Julian is founder of Happiness Co, with the goal to positively impact 10
million lives in 10 years. An engaging presenter that uses his own story
to create the best environment for your team to gain an understanding of
what it really takes to create fulfilment and happiness.
He has keynoted at the three largest mental health conferences in the
country. He is an Australian of the Year finalist, Mentor of the Year award
winner, a National Small Business Champion and is dedicated to using
his powerful story to inspire others to overcome everyday challenges in
order to create and sustain their own happiness.
Lucy Wang
Student
Since her first year at university, Lucy has been heavily involved in the not-for-profit sector and student groups at UWA. She is currently the CEO of WAUC, a student-run consulting charity that helps local WA charities overcome their most pressing challenges. She has also previously held Executive positions at UWA Consulting Society and WiEMS UWA.
Outside of being an aspiring leader and MPE student, Lucy is a part of a young community taskforce, Global Shapers Perth, an MPE student, and enjoys simple things in life, such as food, badminton and anime.
Rhonda Griffiths
Senior Consultant
Rhonda Griffiths is a former family lawyer, currently working as a Senior Consultant for Family Law practice at Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky.
Rhonda has devoted her legal career to family law, having worked at various law firms since 1973, when she graduated from UWA with a Law Degree.
Rhonda commenced her Master's degree by research (MPhil) at Murdoch University at the Department of Sociology in 1988, which later led her to become a part-time legal practitioner at the Aboriginal Legal Service in 1990, and an active member of RUAH, a well-established charity that provides services for the homeless and marginalised and operates a mental health legal services for women and children affected by domestic violence.
Rhonda has also been a volunteer for a number of years, at Charitable Collections and the North Metropolitan Human Research Committee at Graylands Hospital.
