Elkhan believes that nowadays it is very important to think in different ways because our world is improving day by day and seeking such people. On top of that, looking at things from different perspectives may significantly change a person's life.

Gulbakhor Nazirkulova

Gulbakhor is a sophomore student at Uzbekistan State World Languages University, who's tremendously devoted to learn new languages, creative writing and video editing. After her short trip to Khiva, Gulbakhor realised how unaware of local culture she is. In order to promote local culture she wants to introduce internal exchange programs, so students can afford travelling all around the country for free to get more professional experience and improve their social skills.

Javokhir Makhkamov

Javokhir Makhkamov is a sophomore at INHA University in South Korea, majoring in International Business and Trade. Despite the fact that he himself is fond of several sports like football, ping-pong he considers that chess as an intellectual sport is underrated, and that benefits it offers to people in terms of their intellectual development are largely neglected today. He intends to refute the idea that chess is boring and only for nerds and every single person can benefit from this by playing it as a hobby, if not professionally.

Khumoyun Soyipov

Khumoyun Soyipov is a Lecturer at Administrative and Financial Law Department of TSUL who previously worked as a Deputy Lawyer of the Tashkent office of Duan & Duan International Law Firm, which is one of the top 20 Chinese law firms with more than 1,000 active international lawyers. Khumoyun is hopeful to change people's perspective on administrative law and break stereotypes about its significance in community life. During his speech he aims to highlight relationship between administrative and other spheres of law.

Oybek Abdullaev

Abdullaev Oybek is a sophomore at Tashkent States University of Law and is majoring in international law. Oybek does not only take part in debates and local programs, but also organizes them and volunteers in order to improve his skills. Oybek is determined to change people's perception of critical thinking. Nowadays, term "critical thinking" is widely used by both media and people, and it became a trend. However, in most of the cases "critical thinking" is applied within the wrong context without realising the full potential of this ability.

Rakhmatilla Erkinov

Rakhmatilla Erkinov is a high-school student who wants to share his insights of metaverse with audience. Starting his path as a gamer, he went through a vigorous process of challenges that allowed him to take coding as his major. Since internet is a vital part of our life, Rakhmatilla, in his speech, has aimed to focus on new developments in order to be able to use it to full potential.

Samandar Samiev

Samiev Samandar is a sophomore at Tashkent States University of Law who's passionate about international law. He has been participating in many projects representing University and youth of Uzbekistan. Samandar is a four times champion of "Munozara" debates. He devotes his time to share his legal knowledge with surroundings to build open-minded, flexible and strong society. During his speech, Samandar will share tips on how to improve basic legal knowledge of community. "Ignorance is not an excuse, but sin" is a motto of his performance.

Sayidkomil Ibodullaev

Sayidkomil Ibodullaev is a Lecturer at International law and human rights department of TSUL. He has graduated from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and now is doing further research in international law. As an experienced Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition participant and lecturer in international law, Sayidkomil will explain the concept of international law and change the perspectives which claim that it doesn't work.

Shakhnoza Joldasova

Shakhnoza Joldasova is a chairman of the Youth Council of the Institute of Legislative Problems and Parliamentary Research who holds PhD in Philosophy of Law. As an experienced public speaker, during her speech Shakhnoza will not only talk about importance of girls in lawmaking process, but also will share her personal story of success. She will take you to the journey that will enable you become the change you wish to see in the world.
