Krutarth was working for an environmental restoration firm when he first became aware of crop cultivation and management malpractices. He discovered that tens of thousands of litres of water were squandered while farming, with the crop produced being non-organic. He chose not to follow the crowd and became the family's first hydroponic farmer. He has been featured by big brands like HDFC living and Cottonworld and has been at the forefront of generating change.
