With over 27 years of experience in organizational behavior, Dr. Celina Peerman inspires her audiences to make changes in the way they think and act at work. She combines her “hands-on” experience with research and practical steps, to show people how they work better together. She sees hundreds of groups each year in nearly every industry and brings that experience to every presentation and every discussion and brings that to her teaching, too. Her “life skills” work for students and personal relationships too.
Emelyn Smuszkiewicz

Emelyn is someone who had many struggles with loneliness and because of the pandemic, her struggles became more difficult to deal with. She found ways to cope and is much less lonely now. She is a freshman college student at Lindenwood University in Missouri. She hopes that by sharing what she has learned she can help others with their own personal struggles.
Oluwafeyisayo (Feyi) Omotehinwa
Computer Science Student at Wartburg College
Feyi, who is an international student and junior here at Wartburg College, is majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Economics. She spent most of her life in Lagos, Nigeria before living in China for two years.
Randall Schröder
Librarian
Randall Schroeder is a second-generation Wartburg alum who majored in History and Journalism. Randall has been a professional librarian for over 30 years. He received his Master of Arts from the University of Iowa Library and Information Science program. He immediately started as a reference/instructional librarian at Augustana College in Illinois and later returned to Wartburg to become the Coordinator of Information Literacy Across the Curriculum program at the Robert and Sally Vogel Library. He has published and spoken widely about information literacy instruction and assessment in higher education, particularly for first-year students. His latest project in information literacy was being part of the team of librarians that wrote the report Standing Up for Truth: the role of libraries in the Mis/Disinformation Age, a WikiWisdom Forum report.
Siwa Dlamini
Economics and Business Student at Wartburg College
Siwa is a junior year student majoring in Econ & Business from the Kingdom of eSwatini. He is also a rap artist under the name "Amrig", a songwriter, a producer, and a creative director that has released many records and directed music videos.
