Dr. Vivek Mansingh

Having worked with David Packard, Bill Hewlett, Steve Jobs, Michael Dell, and John Chambers, Dr.Singh is currently in pursuit of "Mentoring A Million". He was conferred India’s highest Chanakya Innovative Leadership Award in 2012 from Public Relations Council of India and declared IT Man of the Year 2016 by Enterprise Connect, USA. He is General Partner at YourNest Venture Capital fund having goal to create 3 global Unicorns from India in deep technology and product space. He has previously served as: - President, Collaboration & Communications Group at Cisco, -Head at Dell R&D, -MD, Ishoni Networks (Acquired by Philips), and -MD, Portal Software (Acquired by Oracle), in India. Dr.Singh has held management positions in top technology organizations, HP and Fujitsu in Silicon Valley, USA. Dr.Singh is a Gold Medalist from NIT Allahabad, obtained his Ph.D. from Queen’s University, Canada, and Executive MBA from Stanford University.

Mr. MacFarland is a leading educationist and has been serving as the Principal of La Martiniere College, Lucknow since 2011. La Martiniere College, established in 1845 was founded in accordance with the Will of Major General Claude Martin. Mr. MacFarland has been actively involved in the mammoth task of moulding young minds for the past four decades. Under his astute leadership the college has undertaken effective measures for the holistic development of students, buildings, infrastructure, landscaping and the overall environment.

Mr.Muzaffar Ali

Filmmaker

Muzaffar Ali is a filmmaker, a fashion designer, a painter, a poet, and a mystic at heart. He gave us the memorable classic Umrao Jaan, a film acknowledged as one of the masterpieces of Indian Cinema. He was conferred with the prestigious Padma Shri award in 2005 and Filmfare Award for Best Director for his masterpiece movie "Umrao Jaan" in 1981. Ali was born in Lucknow in 1944.The eldest son of Raja Syed Sajid Husain Ali, the ruling prince of the principality of Kotwara in Awadh, Muzaffar Ali attended La Martiniere College, Lucknow,and graduated in science from Aligarh Muslim University. Ali worked in advertising before turning to film.His first films were Gaman (1978) and Umrao Jaan (1981), and he also made and starred in the TV series Jaan-e-Alam. He later became a fashion designer, creating a fashion label with his wife, Meera, in 1990.
