In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Andrew Hsur

Current junior at Winston Churchill high school. Unlocking one’s hidden potential is an area of study that I am interested in. Finding ways to unlock one’s potential is a secret to success I believe is worthwhile to explore.

Austin is a student of Winston Churchill High School, class of 2024. He aspires to promote physical and mental health awareness by supporting his peers and actively participating in his school community.

Caroline Zuba

I’m Caroline, and I fell victim to mental illness. Now, I dedicate my life to destigmatization

Elias Bernstein

Elias Bernstein is a student at Winston Churchill High School. After experiencing the crisis of sleep deprivation for the past several years, he wanted to share his findings with parents and students and help them make informed decisions about their health.

Luna Wang

Luna Wang is a two-time entrepreneur, a published author, and a public speaker. As a lover of all things business, she hopes to inspire others to make an impact through business.

She has spent her academic career in the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) system and is part of the graduating class of 2024.
