Abhijay Negi
Abhijay read for the postgraduate course of Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at the University of Oxford in 2016-17. He also holds a BPSc LLB Honours degree, with a specialization in Constitutional Law, from the National Law University (Jodhpur) – a degree he obtained as the best student across the institution.Abhijay has won several accolades for his academic performance, the most notable being India’s “Best Law Student” award, which he obtained for his paper on legal education reform and access to justice.After Oxford, Abhijay returned to his home in Dehradun, India. He continues functioning as the Founding President of an activist group, Making a Difference by Being the Difference (MAD), which he started at the age of 17. MAD has organised over 500 weekly activities aimed at propagating civic sense, sanitation and environmental conservation. Today, the group is a registered NGO and is involved in a permanent dialogue with the Chief Minister of Uttrakhand to review the conservation-oriented efforts of the State, such as the rejuvenation of a drying river in Dehradun.
Apart from academic writing and on-going activism, Abhijay is also currently a regular columnist with local newspapers and has begun his litigation practice in the High Court of Uttrakhand.

Mohammad Shams Aalam Shaikh (born 17 July 1986)is an Indian Para swimmer. He won four gold medals at the Indian Open Para Swimming Championship in 2018, and a bronze medal at the 2016 Can-Am Para Swimming Championships held in Gatineau, Quebec.He also represented India at the World Para Swimming Championship Maderia Portugal 2022 & 2018 Asian Para Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.He is also awarded with the award for best sportsperson with disability by the president of India on 3rd December 2021
