Caroline is a sophomore in Boston College's Connell School of Nursing. A native of Massachusetts, she works as a certified nursing assistant in a local nursing home. Her talk incorporates her experience as an essential worker during the pandemic and moments in her life tied together by one central concept: grief.

Dr. Utzschneider’s academic and professional interests focus on high performance through goal achievement and leadership and a columnist for National Masters News. She has been the lead faculty member of coaching and high performance courses at Boston College since 2006.
She is the founder of the goal achievement method and coaching practice MOVE!, a method used by executives, and by professional and college coaches for their individual athletes and teams.
A masters athlete herself, Dr. Utzschneider has coached runners for almost 30 years. Her coaching has produced eight Olympic trial marathon qualifiers, six world age-group records, 10 American age-group records, and 67 USA Track & Field age-group champions.
Artist, Author, Educator
Founder of the Creative Flow Method, and recipient of Best of Boston award, Diana Stelin is on a mission to reduce Burnout through Creativity. Diana Stelin is a published author and CEO of The Plein-Air Art Academy. Her pieces are in private and corporate collections nationwide. In her landscape work Stelin creates conversations between reality and abstraction. Stelin starts with plein-air watercolors and then uses a mixture of oil pigments and wax for her oil pieces that are based on those raw sketches, with gold leaf and paper elements added in as the last layer. Stelin emigrated from Moldova as a teen, attended Cornell University for her BFA degree in painting, and Boston University for its famous Arts Administration Masters’ Program. She resides in Brookline with her husband and three kids.
Clinical Psychologist
Inna Khazan, PhD, BCB is a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, where she teaches and supervises trainees. She is a clinical psychologist specializing in health psychology and performance excellence training using biofeedback and mindfulness-based approaches. Dr. Khazan is the founder of Boston Center for Health Psychology and Biofeedback, working with clients on optimizing their health and performance. She also serves as chief science officer for Optimal HRV. Dr. Khazan is a popular speaker at national and international conferences on the topics of biofeedback and mindfulness. Dr. Khazan serves as president of the board of directors for Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy (IMP), board member for the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB), and chair elect of Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA).Dr. Khazan writes for Psychology today, is the author of numerous journal articles and three books.

Kristina Spillane is a Regional Executive for Global Key Accounts at Fidelity National Information Services, Inc (FIS), a global information technology and services firm. In this role, Ms. Spillane is an executive responsible for managing key strategic accounts that represent over $100B AUM. Her division is responsible for business strategy, executive relationships, sales execution, and general relationship management across all of FIS’ operations. Prior to joining FIS, Ms. Spillane was a Global Enterprise Relationship Manager and Global Relationship Executive for DST Systems, a provider of advisory, technology and operations outsourcing to the financial and healthcare industries, with more than 13,000 employees worldwide.
