He is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Nathan Welsh is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare, most at Carle Foundation Hospital. Nathan has worked on Tower 7 Surgical since 2014 and has served in a number of roles on the unit and in the organization including charge nurse and a practice committee representative. Nathan has most recently been focusing on precepting new nurses as they transition to independent practice. He has won a number of Daisy Awards for patient service and currently has the most Daisies of any nurse in the Carle Health System.

Trevor has 6 children ranging in age from 4-19 who provide an endless parade of entertainment. He enjoys woodworking, board games, golf and billiards and is a former volleyball coach.

Tynan and his wife Tia are entrepreneurs. They recently purchased and are refurbishing a Family Fun Center in Olney, and his wife owns a salon. They have been foster parents since 2018 and have had 10 children placed with them including 2 sibling groups, a teen mother and daughter, and 4 who currently live with them.
