Rebecca Maddox
Criminology teacher
I completed my first degree which was in law, and realised that I preferred working with young people and those that need support, so after a few years, I completed my second degree in Social and young people's studies at the University of Birmingham. After several years of working in social care, specifically young people leaving care, I decided to move into teaching, I completed my Post Graduate in teaching and started teaching Criminology for A level students (16-18-year-olds). I wrote the programme as it was very new at the time. I am committed to learning more about Criminology and plan to start my masters in Criminology in late 2022.
