Sabina Yeasmin

Founder, Ovoya Foundation

Sabina Yeasmin is a former garments worker who served as a Junior Needle Issuer at a local garment factory. She is a fresh graduate from Asian University For Women (AUW) who remarkably changed her life and conditions from being a garment worker to university graduate. Having completed her Bachelors in Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) with a minor in Development Studies, she has been running her own non-profit project called "Ovoya Foundation" since 2019. Through her work she facilitates workshops for children to provide them basics of sex education and works for women’s safe menstrual hygiene.
