Erdem Keles is the co-founder and CEO of the brand creation agency, Fidu Brands GmbH. During his bachelor's at TU Darmstadt in industrial economics, he started his own business in the textile industry co-founding the MerchWear brand Lobster & Lemonade Apparel. He continuously grew the business while working full-time for Accenture and simultaneously finishing his MBA at Goethe University Frankfurt. In 2016, after leaving Accenture to fully commit and focus on his own business, he co-founded the brand creation agency, Fidu Brands GmbH, which combines numerous brands, such as Lobster & Lemonade and 101 Supply under one parent company. Throughout his whole founding period, Erdem always practiced his principles of controlled risk, finding a healthy balance between self-employment and financial freedom.

Kristina is a former professional track cyclist, Olympic and World Champion and keynote speaker.
On the way to her third Olympic Games and towards becoming the best female track cyclist of all time, Kristina suffered a serious injury in 2018. In a collision on the track, she suffered several broken bones, which led to paralysis. Since then, she is standing up to her fate and sharing it with the public as an example. Kristina is committed to sports and is a personal member of the German Olympic Sports Association (DOSB) and the Athlete and Track Commission of the International Cycling Union (UCI). Kristina is also a politician in her local council and a keynote speaker, sharing her story as an inspiration to many others.
