Charlotte Holgersson

Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management at KTH.

Charlotte Holgersson research is located in the intersection of organization studies and gender studies, focusing on management careers and work for change. Charlotte has a long experience of integrating knowledge on gender in MBA and engineering programs as well as working for change to promote gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in organizations.

Donnie SC Lygonis

Innovation Strategist & Business Development Coach KTH

Donnie has been working with entrepreneurship and innovation for over 25 years, both running his own companies or helping others start theirs. For the past 11 years, he has helped shape and build KTH Innovation, the innovation support office at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden that today is considered to be one of the better in the world. He is an appreciated speaker on innovation and creativity, having spoken at 5 TEDx events and been on 3 different TV-series as an expert or member of the jury. 2015-16 Donnie spent a year in Silicon Valley as a part of a Vinnova / Wallenberg Fellowship program during which he helped start the Swedish part of the Nordic Innovation House in Palo Alto.

Karin Ehrnberger

Industrial Designer MFA and has a PhD in Product Design.

Karin Ehrnberger is an appreciated lecturer and supervisor on design, theory, and norm critical perspectives. Her research explores different ways of integrating a norm critical perspective in the design process by questioning the sociocultural context in which design is defined. It shows how design on one hand can contribute to maintaining norms, but also how design can be used as a tool to visualize power relationships, thereby finding creative solutions beyond normative thinking. Karin is currently involved in two projects at KTH. One project takes an eco-feminist understanding of climate, energy, and equality issues as interlinked, to critically explore alternative narratives of sustainable everyday life. The other explores how dominating discourses on sustainability and “sustainable lifestyles” are reproduced in different types of media and the consequences of this in relation to achieving behavior change.

Malin Cronqvist

Founder of Help to Help

Malin is the Founder of Help to Help, an award-winning non-profit that crowdfunds higher education for promising youth in East Africa. Malin has a background in Industrial Engineering & Management at KTH. Apart from her role as Managing Director of Help to Help, she is a frequent speaker and moderator on entrepreneurship, leadership and social impact.

Ulrika Gunnarsson Östling

Docent in Planning and Decision Analysis at Department of Sustainable Development, Environmental Science and Engineering (SEED).

Ulrika is a researcher at KTH. She does research in the intersection planning, decision-making, and sustainability transitions – a field where issues of justice and power are important. This means asking questions about e.g. who and what perspectives are included in environmental decision-making.
