Abdul Haliq is a graduate from NUS School of Computing with a Bachelors in Computer Science specializing in Programming Language Theory. He has done internships specializing in research in the field at Zilliqa where he added features to Scilla (the smart contract language for the Zilliqa blockchain) and also at SMU's center for computational law CCLAW where he researched on formal verification and contributed to the domain specific language being designed for writing legal contracts.
Currently, he is working with Transcelestial Technologies, a team of engineers focused on bringing free space optics to satellites in space as the next generation internet infrastructure. In his free time, he researches about mathematics and type theory.

Chiara Spina is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. Her research focuses on understanding how entrepreneurial firms leverage systematic decision-making and experimentation to innovate and grow. Chiara is the Director of pre-acceleration programs in Italy, the UK and India, where she has worked with more than 1,500 entrepreneurs. In her role, she combines the latest management practices with research insights to help deliver cutting-edge training and mentorship programs. In the last ten years, Chiara has worked with governments, as well as with multinationals in commodities, technology, and in the financial sector across Europe, Middle East, Asia, and North America.

Dr Jackie Tan is the Head of Tribe Academy, a platform that connects talents to Web2 and Web3 learning opportunities. He is a serial entrepreneur who was awarded Forbes 30-Under-30 and the National Youth Entrepreneurship Award for his startup work, with two exits under his belt. He was also an early member of Sentinel Chain, a blockchain-based financial inclusion startup. In the past, he led the largest meme group on Telegram in Singapore. Dr Jackie is also currently an adjunct professor in the School of Biological Sciences in Nanyang Technological University, lecturer in the School of InfoComm Technology in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and the CTO-in-residence in the Centre for Experiential Learning in the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Prof Alex Siow is Professor (Practice) in the department of Information Systems and Analytics of the School of Computing, NUS since 2015.
Alex started as a Structural Engineer in the HDB in 1981 and appointed the CIO in 1989. In 2003, he was SVP in StarHub, where he was Head, Business Markets and CIO. In 2012, he joined Accenture as a Managing Director.
Alex is currently in a number of boards, including Toffs Technologies, DART Consulting, Red Alpha, Temasek Polytechnic, SUSS and THK Hospital.

Quynh is a Li Ka Shing Foundation scholar studying public policy with a keen research interest in technology and innovation policies at the National University of Singapore. She also serves as Executive Director of CyberKid Vietnam, a social enterprise in Vietnam that pioneers online child protection and civic digital literacy development. Prior to these experiences, from 2017 - 2020, she traveled to over 9 developing countries to lead, organize, and participate in approximately 50 social projects centered on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Ryan Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Heron Technology, after leading the management buyout of Nova Systems (Singapore) from its parent company in June 2021. Prior to his current position, Ryan served in the Singapore Navy for 18 years followed by 5 years working in the construction industry.
Since 2017, Ryan has spearheaded various initiatives and projects in Singapore related to the development of UAS traffic management system (UTM) solutions. Stella Pong is a postgraduate pursuing a master's degree in counselling at a joint programme between Executive Counselling and Training Academy (ECTA) & Swinburne University of Technology.
