Ashkhen Petrosyan
Ashkhen studies at YSU Faculty of International Relations. Ashken combines formal educational activities with non-formal ones. In addition to education, she is also active in volunteering and social activities.
She is interested in leadership, the study of foreign languages, the discovery of new cultures.
Diana Sahakyan
Diana works as a radiologist at MIBS Medical Center, has been conducting MRI examinations for about 9 years. In 2020, she decided to break stereotypes and became the first female pilot in Armenia, receiving a Private Pilot Certificate (PPL).
Lilit Hovhannisyan
Student
Lilit works for Softconstruct as a content writer. She graduated from the Department of Linguistics and Intercultural Communication of the Armenian-Russian University, then continued her education in the Department of Arts and Culture of Rome Business School. She is currently involved in the Master’s program of Contemporary Translation at the Armenian-Russian University. Over the years, she has been active in cultural events dedicated to various branches of art, as an event announcer, post-staff voice, and screenwriter. She has also been involved in translating films on a voluntary basis and promoting the career growth of students abroad. She is engaged in recitation and writes poems.
Lusine Karamyan
Professor at YSU / President at NDEC
Lusine Karamyan holds a Bachelor degree in Social Work (Yerevan State University, 1997-2001) and a Master of Science in Social Work and HS Management (Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences and the University of Manchester, 2002-2003). In 2008 she participated in non-degree education program and spent a spring semester at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey as a visiting professor.
During 2010-2013 Lusine Karamyan was a Board member of the US Alumni Association of Armenia, and during the first year, she also was a Speaker of that governing body.
Since 2004 she is teaching at YSU as a full-time professor at the Faculty of Sociology. Lusine is skilled in not only teaching and training but also in policy research and NGOs. Her research interests include public health and HIV, Human Rights and social work, LGBTQ issues, and inclusion in education.
In 2020 Lusine Karamyan was elected as the new chairperson of the Non-Discrimination and Equality Coalition in Armenia.
Mane Grigoryan
Mane works for 10Web as a customer service specialist. She received her education in the "Linguistics and Intercultural Communication" department of Yerevan State University. Worked in a Danish kindergarten and studied Danish.
Over the years, she has been involved in various non-governmental organizations, coordinating, organizing non-formal educational programs, seminars, courses.
Mari Amirkhanyan
Marin is a psychologist, a psychotherapist! Works in the field of cognitive-behavioral existential psychotherapy, aiming to restore a person's mental health and well-being.
Since 2020 he has been a psychologist-psychotherapist at the MHS Mental Health Services Center and since 2014 he has been a psychologist-psychotherapist at the "Ayg" Psychological Services Center.
Since 2018, he has been the coordinator of a number of popular psychological projects, "author of programs".
Participates in professional thematic conferences and seminars. She has about 12 years of experience in the field of psychology.
