In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Chaye Cabal-Revilla

Chaye is the CFO and Chief Sustainability Officer of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation. She is the Founding Chair of Gabay Guro (one of the country’s biggest education advocacy program since 2007). She was a TOYM awardee in 2013 and now the President of The Outstanding Young Men Foundation. Aside from this, Chaye is an Appointed Member of the Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines (similar to the Financial Accounting Standards Board in the USA). Prior to MPIC, she held various positions as PLDT SVP & Controller and the group's Chief Sustainability Officer, CFO of Smart and in a number of subsidiaries and affiliates of PLDT. She was also a Senior Associate in the Business Audit and Advisory Group of SGV & Co. She brings with her (20) years of extensive experience in telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, retailing, and nonstock non-profit organizations. Chaye was an outstanding alumni of De La Salle University; a Triple A awardee by the Federation of the AIM (Asian Institute of Management) Alumni Associations, Inc.; and Stanford Graduate School of Business in California, USA. With her sterling achievements and advocacies, Chaye continuously receives recognitions and invitations as a speaker by several organizations here and abroad. Above all these, Chaye is a loving wife to Cavite Congressman Strike Revilla and mother to her precious Rob and Chayeli.

Hershey Neri

Hershey Neri is a TV host, a lifestyle vlogger, and a Counseling Psychology Master's student. A survivor of assault, she advocates for gender equality and anti-violence against women. She is currently taking her graduate studies in Ateneo de Manila to become a licensed psychologist one day. She also volunteers in HIV Awareness campaigns through the AIDS Society of the Philippines.

Jose Leonard Pascual

Maria Luisa Guinto

Dr. Maria Luisa Guinto is Associate Professor and Research Director at the College of Human Kinetics, University of the Philippines, Diliman. A founding member of the Association of Sport and Exercise Psychology of the Philippines and the first Chairperson of the Sport and Exercise Psychology - Special Interest Group of the Psychological Association of the Philippines, she is currently Treasurer of the Asian South-Pacific Association of Sport Psychology. A member of the Women in Sports Commission of the Philippine Olympic Committee, she also serves as Executive Board member of the International Association of PE and Sport for Girls and Women. During this pandemic, she volunteers as a mental health support provider at the UP PsycServ and serves as a resource speaker on promoting mental health and physical activity as protective factors during COVID-19. She completed her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Migs Bustos

Migs Bustos has been with ABS-CBN for five years as a broadcaster, sports reporter, and events host. He hosts the hourly programs Sports Rundown and REV for ANC and has his own social media channel called OFF THE RECORD — where he talks about all things ranging from sports to interviews with various personalities. On his free time, he enjoys trotting and eating around the world with his family.

Ronald del Castillo

Dr. Ronald Del Castillo is trained as a clinical psychologist with expertise in public mental health and social policy. He is a consultant for the UN World Food Program and was an associate professor at the College of Public Health, at UP Manila. He was trained at Fordham, Palo Alto University, Stanford, Harvard, Tufts, UCLA, King's College London, and the National University of Singapore. He regularly writes opinion pieces for Rappler and the Inquirer. Dr. Del Castillo is a member of the Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering and is a fellow of the UK Royal Society for Public Health
