In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

She guides Fortune 500, small businesses and non-profits to understand innovation, create innovative new products/services, build effective teams and support a user-centered culture.In addition, she has been a facilitator, coach and lecturer for the Haas School of Business and the VP of Innovation for a start-up. She has also spoken at numerous conferences on the topic of design thinking and creativity. Trained in Creative Problem Solving and Design Thinking, Helene received an M.S. in Creativity and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo New York and has a business degree from Sciences-Po Paris, a top French Business School.
