In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

During my short tenure as CEO, we have dramatically increased profitability through the implementation of modern technology, better team cohesiveness, and a sharper focus on productivity. All of this has been done through a focus on inclusiveness in the workplace, aligning our entire team behind a common mission. As a young man growing up with many learning disabilities, I always identified with people who are told a story that they wont amount to much of anything. That is why I have always been committed to disability employment and inclusion.
