In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

L. V. Kavish Karthi is a 10th grader of KRM Public School, Chennai. He aspires to become a doctor to help people as well as to accomplish his Father's Wish. He is a passionate Drummer and he has an unconditional love for music, adding to this he has completed 5 Grades in Trinity Rock and Pop Drum which gained him many prizes in Music competitions. The love for music made him to select this topic where he is going to give tips on relieving stress using music. According to him Music is the best ever companion and also he spends his leisure time by reading books.

ROSHNI S A

S.A. Roshni is a twelfth-grader from KRM Public School, Chennai. She is a zealous writer and speaker. She aspires to become a Clinical psychologist in future. She believes in uplifting humans around her through incentive motivation. She has set an example at a very young age of how to handle the challenges in life no matter how difficult they are. She is service-oriented and loves serving people even at her lowest. She is an awardee of general proficiency, has received the Class topper award from iOS Olympiad and has also bagged jury award in BRAHMA Science and Tech Festival. She holds the rank of Sergeant in NCC and is an ‘A’ Certificate holder with distinction. She possesses the qualities of a firm and effective leader. She was elected as the Asst. School Pupil Leader, Cultural Secretary and as the President of Interact Club. Roshni’s mantra for life is “At the end of the day it is only you for yourself, people are passing clouds, people might come and go. Enjoy moments, lessons, experiences, memories and embrace them”. She targets to let the world know about the impact and consequences of parental separation in a child and her motive is to bring a change in dysfunctional families through her persuasive talk.

P. Sahana is a 12th grader who aspires to become a chartered accountant. She is passionate towards painting, singing and drawing. She believes that expressing emotions through art and painting helps in making oneself balanced and happy in life. Through her talk she wants to convey to the world that emotions are not to be controlled and neglected but emotions are to be expressed and enjoyed. She also puts forth the importance of emotional intelligence in an individual's life. She is a Badminton player and also practices yoga every day. She is an ideal person in thoughts and in the way of approaching her life.

TANVVI AGARWAL

Tanvvi Agarwal is a twelfth-grader from KRM Public School, Chennai. She is passionate about writing poetry and is an avid reader. She aspires to become a psychologist when she grows up and help people solve their mental health issues and spread happiness. Connecting with nature and listening to music during her leisure time helps her refreshen her mind. She aims to spread teenage mental health awareness through her talk and help teenagers understand the need to face and overcome the challenges life throws at them by making conscious decisions. She believes that we should be the writer of our own stories and not let society be the editors.

G.K. Tarakesswar is a tenth grader from KRM Public School. He aspires to become an agronomist. He likes reading books and watching movies. He is passionate learning about plants and soil. He is interested in sharing his unique idea of connecting Maths with life and emotions. He learnt Maths by connecting it with life. This made him learn Maths easily. He wants to convey to people that Maths is not a chore. He has written a book about Stephen Hawking. He is a part-time YouTuber. He is a charming person who carries a bubbly personality.
