TEDxRio Olhares. O amanhã começa agora, nos traz para o presente, estimula diferentes perspectivas e desperta novos alcances. Ele nos convida a ver por outros ângulos, a sair do lugar comum, enxergar além do que é apresentado e, principalmente, a ampliar nossas possibilidades de mudança.

He has over ten years of experience in jobs involving innovation, organizational culture, future studies and social impact. He is a founding partner of Hyperflow. It is part of the Global Expert Network of Singularity University. He is a professor at the Global MBA in Business Management at IBMEC. He directed the areas of Innovation and Education at the NGO Viva Rio. He holds a Masters in Social Anthropology and a Doctor in History of Sciences and Techniques & Epistemology.

Jackson Follmann

Survivor of the tragic accident with the Chapecoense plane crash

Jakson Follmann is a former athlete from clubs such as Grêmio, Juventude and Chapecoense. Follmann survived the tragic accident with the Chapecoense plane crash in 2016. In 2019, he won the music program PopStar, on Rede Globo, and in 2020, he launched his career as a singer. Admired for his determination, history and good humor, Follmann wants to impact people with everything he learned, lived and still lives.

Entrepreneur by restlessness of heart, moves in search of simplification of ideas, worked in the communication market alongside major brands, and also in the world of technology, having her startup sold to Time For Fun in 2020. She´s an apprentice surfer, a volunteer at the Life Value Center and a psychology student. Professor of the Time Management course at Portal Exame, she conceived the educational project RICO É QUEM TEM TIME. In 2021, he assumed the leadership of the data area at The School Of Life

Sônia Guimarães

Activist and PhD in Condensed Matter Physics

First black doctoral student in physics, professor, researcher and activist. PhD from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology and professor of Experimental Physics at ITA in São José dos Campos, she also collaborates with the projects “Elas nas Exatas nas Escolas!” and “Girls in Exact”. As a volunteer, she is a Founding Councilor of the afrobras NGO, is part of the Municipal Council for the Promotion of Racial Equality (COMPIR), in the city of São José dos Campos, is a member of the Commission on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Physics, of the Brazilian Society of Physics, from the Brazilian Association of Black Researchers (ABPN) and is one of the founders of the Avanço do Brasil Negro organization.
