Dance Performance Group
The rhythm dance team, All American Cloggers, has entertained audiences with high paced shows that can be heard as well as seen since 1984. The AAC celebrates their love of Tap, Clogging and Irish Step style dancing through pop, country and traditional genres of music. Featured performers in the Calgary, Canada Stampede, Ixcarat, Polynesian Cultural center, they have also toured in Europe and Asia. Recent collaborations include percussive dance accompaniment with grammy nominee Jenny Oaks Baker and hugely popular celtic band, Irish Christmas in America. Current students compete at America Onstage’s Dixie Spectacular and perform biennially in Disney’s California Adventure Park. Clogging is an authentic American folk dance that is both exciting and addicting. Carol Hollowell is a social solutions innovator. She is changing the face of homelessness with Switchpoint Community Center where services go beyond food and shelter offering a stepping stone to independence for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Carol is a serial entrepreneur, and developed Switchpoint to lift and empower individuals in their resolve to become self-sufficient. In 2020, Carol received the Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Social Impact for creating a new standard and best practices in homeless
services.
Carol knew that we can’t solve homelessness without having somewhere to move people out of shelter and began to tackle the extreme lack of affordable housing. In 2020 Switchpoint opened Riverwalk Apartments which became home to 172 residents. In addition, they purchased 2 hotels & converted them to studio apartments to house vulnerable seniors, veterans, & those with disabilities.

Dave is an innovator. He has 20+ international patents and patent continuations focused on brain-computer interface (BCI) logic and micro-gestural computing frameworks and technologies. These patents formed the foundation of his current start-up, Naqi Logix Inc., which develops technologies that enable users to provide complex input and navigation into devices without speaking to the device, touching the device or even looking at the device: all non-invasively using next-generation smart earbuds and a new technology platform.

James Woolard is CMO of Freight Farms I am focused on scaling the adoption of products and technology the world needs – a hydroponic farm in a freight container that can access any part of the world through a connected community of hyper-local growers. I oversee Marketing and Sales.
Prior to this I worked for the adidas group, leading Reebok in Northern Europe and then moving to Boston as Head of Marketing for the Running and Style Business Units. I began my career at L’Oreal where I worked in Product Marketing within the consumer division before moving to Virgin Media to lead acquisition marketing.

A much sought after speaker on active aging, Kyle Case has spent his career managing world-class, multi-sport competitions for tens of thousands of athletes from all around the world. Currently the CEO of the Huntsman World Senior Games, the largest annual multi-sport event in the world for athletes ages 50+, Kyle leads a team that welcomes over 11,000 athletes to St. George, Utah, USA, every October to participate in their choice of over 30 different sports. In addition, Kyle has presented his engaging message on five continents, taught university courses and is the host of a weekly podcast called the Huntsman World Senior Games Active Life, where he covers all aspects of active aging.

Lucy Ann Higgins is a 16-year-old high school student living in St. George, Utah. Since she was two, Lucy has been in and out of hospitals, and spent countless hours with physicians working to diagnose and understand her health challenges. Through this experience, Lucy has become passionate about helping people. Lucy believes that we should “look upon the heart” of a person instead of through the “lens of labels” that the world espouses.
This has fueled her desire to educate young-women to fight the battle of being defined by societal standards that are so easily forced upon them through social media.

Martin Frey is a successful business leader, tech investor, and an accomplished
mountaineer and sailor. In 2016, he set a Guinness World Record when he
became the only person to climb the world’s Seven Summits and sail the Seven
Seas.
His business career includes thirteen years in Silicon Valley with Cisco, leading
Utah’s Office Economic Development, and leading several Utah tech companies.
Martin is passionate about inspiring the next generation of leaders and serves on
advisory councils for several universities and the Boys and Girls Club. He also
founded Summit Journeys, a non-profit that strengthens character and resilience
in youth and young adults through outdoor adventures.
He graduated from BYU in Mechanical Engineering, Harvard’s Advanced
Management Program, and has a Master’s in Positive Psychology from Penn.

Former Motocross and Supercross Athlete
Trey Canard is an accomplished professional supercross and motocross racer. Having turned pro in 2007, Canard quickly established himself as one of the fastest racers in the country. During his rookie season, he clinched the 2008 250SX East Championship. In 2010, Canard secured his career first AMA 250 Motocross title & helped Team USA claim victory in the Motocross of Nations — the Olympics of Motocross. He continued to find success throughout his 450 career, scoring many podiums and victories, however his true potential was marred by injury.
Since retiring in 2017, Canard has continued to play an active role in the motorcycle industry. He is a test rider for American Honda and a coaching representative for the U.S. Motorcycle Coaching Association (USMCA).
