The theme for 2021 is "One Step Forward". Through this theme, we wish to celebrate people who have the courage to take that one step forward. We often hear that two steps forward, one step back is still one step forward; growth and development is not linear, it is a journey that has its triumphs and its setbacks. What matters is having the courage to start that journey with the one step forward which can become the catalyst for an entire movement.
It is through that One Step Forward that we are able to create, innovate, achieve and keep going. This year we want to celebrate your One Step Forward. We want to explore questions like what it means to take a step ahead? What drives people to take that one step? Can one single step change lives forever?
