"Joaquín develops training programs that aim to improve the well-being and performance of people within organizations, impacting their motivation, loyalty and productivity. He defends that 'happiness in organizations is something very serious'. He has worked for 15 years in multinational companies in leadership positions in various departments, including international responsibilities. One day in 2011 he realized that he was 'successful yet unhappy' and decided to investigate how to improve happiness at work through Positive Psychology. Since 2014 he has specialized in improving happiness in organizations. He is currently a trainer on topics such as Positive Attitude, Self-motivation or Positive Leadership.

Salva López, aka SalvaROCK, is a curious and creative man, a professional in constant reinvention, always learning and developing new skills. Musician, painter, writer, youtuber, streamer, edutainer, learnaholic, ... he was a marketing professor and radio host. He lives many lives in one life. His friends call him a “Renaissance man”. He has given lectures on "Music Thinking for Business People & Educators" in 16 countries on 3 continents, always with his electric guitar (believe it or not). He has participated seven times as a keynote speaker in Prof. Philip Kotler's World Marketing Summit. He has been featured in the press around the world, from The Times of India, to the Financial Times Europe to Bloomberg's Business Week, among many others. To date he has published two books and two albums with his own music. He just launched his own channel on Twitch as SalvaRockSpeaker and his virtual TV set from which he performs online events for the entire planet.
