Swadhyaya in its truest essence connotes, ‘the study of the self’. It weighs in on the importance of one’s eminence and stature, be it in their own life, or in that of others.
It lets one see the reel in real and the real in the reel, and leaves it upon them to have a symposium among their thoughts and vehemence, to introspect and to acknowledge the true meaning and difference between the known and the unknown.

It asks questions from your inner self, questions like, ‘How much control do you have over your thoughts?’, questions like, ‘What actions truly scream, ‘You’?’.
