Dr. Anusha Shankar is an Animal Ecologist, a National Geographic Explorer and Young Leader, a Lewis and Clark Field Scholar, and currently a Rose Postdoctoral Fellow, studying hummingbirds at the Lab of Ornithology at Cornell University, USA. She has multitudes of awards and honors under her belt and has been invited for talks at prestigious places and universities from across the globe - Max Planck Institute for Ornithology, British Ecological Society, and the North American Ornithological Conference to name a few. She has been a field researcher for years and has spent significant time in the field in the extreme climatic conditions of Alaska and spent an entire year in the forests of Ecuador studying hummingbirds in the Andes mountain range. Mr. Cottalango Leon is an Indian-American computer graphics expert who won the "Academy Award" in 2016. Mr. Leon won the Academy Award for “The Design, Engineering, and Continuous Development” of Sony Pictures Imageworks itView technology. He was born in Thoothukudi, a port city in Tamil Nadu. He attended college at the PSG College of Technology and later worked in Delhi for about two years. During this time, he became inspired by Jurassic Park after watching the film and decided to pursue his career in the technologies used in its making. He completed his M.S in Computer Science from Arizona State University, specializing in computer graphics after which he has been working in Sony Pictures Imageworks since 1996 and currently holds the position of Software Architect. He has contributed to the making of several commercially successful films, including the Spider-Man film series, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Smurfs, Hotel Transylvania, and the Men In Black film series.

George may need crutches to move around but his steely will brooks no such support. He proved it in emphatic fashion when he conquered the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is not an easy task to choose. He lost his limb due to a tumor in his left leg when he was 9. But that did not stop him from conquering his dreams. Along with his several national-level titles, he has clinched a gold in badminton doubles and silver in singles at the 2008 Asian Paralympics Cup. He is passionate about being close to nature, and he finds great satisfaction in trekking and adventure sports. He performed exceedingly well in the Youth Olympic Games in 2010 and won silver in the boy’s singles category. After this Prannoy bagged silver in Bahrain International Challenge tournament (2011), Silver (2013) and Gold (2014) in Tata Open India International, won many senior singles national championships, became the semi-finalist in events like the India Open Grand Prix Gold, Bitburger Open Grand Prix Gold, Macau Grand Prix Gold, etc. He proved his real feat when he won 3 BWF Grand Prix titles (Men's singles) namely Indonesian Masters (2014), Swiss open (2016), and US Open (2017). Reaching a Career-High of World No. 8 made him the paragon for young players who aspire to represent India in the International arena. With around 200 career wins, the current world ranking at 26, Prannoy has many more laurels to bring for the country.
