Mr. Ankit Aggarwal, Founder & CEO of Dare2compete is a star entrepreneur from IMT Ghaziabad. After completion of his MBA, he went on to work with industry giants like Deloitte and Salesforce to name a few. He was awarded a 100% scholarship from Harvard Business School for one of their coveted leadership programs. He founded Dare2Compete with a vision of creating a unified platform where colleges and management students could interact, share, compete, learn, and develop. At present, D2C is one of the largest student communities across domains - B-Schools, Engineering Colleges, and other Graduate colleges - with 1 million+ active registrations from across 10,000+ colleges. D2C has the highest penetration in premier B-Schools and other top colleges of India. He did not give up when his initial startup ideas did not go well as per his plan. This is the result of his phenomenal entrepreneurial journey that GMI-Forbes recognizes him in India's Top 100 Great People Managers' list.

Anusha Shankar

Scientist & National Geographic Explorer

Dr. Anusha Shankar is an Animal Ecologist, a National Geographic Explorer and Young Leader, a Lewis and Clark Field Scholar, and currently a Rose Postdoctoral Fellow, studying hummingbirds at the Lab of Ornithology at Cornell University, USA. She has multitudes of awards and honors under her belt and has been invited for talks at prestigious places and universities from across the globe - Max Planck Institute for Ornithology, British Ecological Society, and the North American Ornithological Conference to name a few. She has been a field researcher for years and has spent significant time in the field in the extreme climatic conditions of Alaska and spent an entire year in the forests of Ecuador studying hummingbirds in the Andes mountain range. She has also researched King cobras, gibbons, hornbills, and Nile Grass rats. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. She loves salsa and swing dancing, photography, and reading fiction.

Arjun Deshpande

Founder & CEO, Generic Aadhaar

Arjun Deshpande is the Founder and CEO, Generic Aadhaar. Eulogized as the Pharma Wonder Kid, he made his way into the pharmaceutical industry at the mere age of 14. A prodigy in the true right, he has since been on an endeavor to provide generic medicines at cheaper prices to the masses! It all started with a keen boy who would tag along with his mother on regular visits to the pharma plants. These very moments acted as a stimulus for his eager interest during the initial days of his promising research in the generic pharma sector. And the very same boy would go on to achieve prestigious honors like the Indian Young Achiever of the Year 2020 awarded by Indian Achievers Forum India (IAFI), Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2020, being featured by Forbes and getting his initiative backed by Sir Ratan Tata himself. Since then, Arjun Deshpande has been scaling feats only growing by leaps and bounds towards realizing his dream of making medicines affordable to common people.

Oscar Winner Software Architect

Mr. Cottalango Leon is an Indian-American computer graphics expert who won the "Academy Award" in 2016. Mr. Leon won the Academy Award for “The Design, Engineering, and Continuous Development” of Sony Pictures Imageworks itView technology. He was born in Thoothukudi, a port city in Tamil Nadu. He attended college at the PSG College of Technology and later worked in Delhi for about two years. During this time, he became inspired by Jurassic Park after watching the film and decided to pursue his career in the technologies used in its making. He completed his M.S in Computer Science from Arizona State University, specializing in computer graphics after which he has been working in Sony Pictures Imageworks since 1996 and currently holds the position of Software Architect. He has contributed to the making of several commercially successful films, including the Spider-Man film series, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Smurfs, Hotel Transylvania, and the Men In Black film series.

Dr. Gaurav Garg is a doctor by qualification and a passionate entrepreneur cum educator by choice aiming to narrow educational disparities in our country. He is the co-founder of Study IQ Education which is India's largest bootstrapped Ed-Tech company. Study IQ addresses 120+ various government exams and the glimpse of its success can be reviewed through their YouTube channel which has around 9 million subscribers and clocks monthly views of close to 90 million. Apart from work, Dr. Gaurav loves reading and playing chess. He is also a writer and has authored a book with the name 'Failure to Triumph'.

Lt Gen Manvender Singh (Retd) PVSM, AVSM, VSM

Meet our next speaker, Lt. Gen Manvender Singh who has been conferred with distinguished awards like Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), and Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM) during his outstanding career spanning over five decades. Lt Gen Singh holds the unique distinction of serving as Commandant of the prestigious Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. He started his career as the best Army Cadet at NDA, Sword of Honour winner at the Indian Military Academy, and the prestigious Commando Dagger during the Young Officers Infantry course and many such milestones in his illustrious Military career. Over the years, he has served at many places from Siachen Glaciers to the Tawang division. He is an avid single handicap Golfer and plays Basketball, Hockey, Squash, and Tennis. He continues to pursue research in military affairs and support the cause of building ‘Fitness Habits’ in schools.

Neeraj George

Mountaineer & Para Athlete

Neeraj George, also known as Neeraj George Baby, is a mountaineer and an internationally reputed Para-Athlete. He has won many accolades and honors. George may need crutches to move around but his steely will brooks no such support. He proved it in emphatic fashion when he conquered the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is not an easy task to choose. He lost his limb due to a tumor in his left leg when he was 9. But that did not stop him from conquering his dreams. Along with his several national-level titles, he has clinched a gold in badminton doubles and silver in singles at the 2008 Asian Paralympics Cup. He is passionate about being close to nature, and he finds great satisfaction in trekking and adventure sports. Neeraj George is really an inspirational figure whose story has the ability to motivate everyone.

Prannoy H.S.

International Badminton Player

Prannoy H.S. is an international badminton player. He made his international debut in 2010 on the back of consistent performances in the domestic circuit. He performed exceedingly well in the Youth Olympic Games in 2010 and won silver in the boy’s singles category. After this Prannoy bagged silver in Bahrain International Challenge tournament (2011), Silver (2013) and Gold (2014) in Tata Open India International, won many senior singles national championships, became the semi-finalist in events like the India Open Grand Prix Gold, Bitburger Open Grand Prix Gold, Macau Grand Prix Gold, etc. He proved his real feat when he won 3 BWF Grand Prix titles (Men's singles) namely Indonesian Masters (2014), Swiss open (2016), and US Open (2017). Reaching a Career-High of World No. 8 made him the paragon for young players who aspire to represent India in the International arena. With around 200 career wins, the current world ranking at 26, Prannoy has many more laurels to bring for the country.
