世界之所以精彩纷呈，就是因为，有太多的不一样。城市，对于定居其中的人也有千般面孔。
也正是因为这座城市历史、文化及地理风土和这里的“人”，造就了它独特气质和城市记忆。

多少人，怀抱远大理想，背井离乡，最终发现，贴在自己身上的那张“城市身份”标签，一辈子都丢不掉——还是爱吃米粉和辣椒，还是想念细时候巷子里那些叔叔伯伯们，还是希望在异国他乡能偶遇小时候某个最”讨嫌“的同学。

长沙，从曾经那个巴掌大的温暖的小城市，成长为千万级的大都市。越来越多的异乡人涌入此地，同饮湘江水，共品烟火味。有人是因为工作，有人是讨了个长沙堂客，有人是喜欢这里娱乐时尚的年轻气质，有些人是因为这里什么都有房价还便宜……

每座城市都有自己独特的基因，这就是属于长沙的“城市名片”。

我们不想去单一的做定义，代表长沙的精神与基因当然也远不止文中这些。我们想在这场大会上，用经典的TEDx演讲方式去传播长沙不同领域代表的思维观点，希望能促进大家对这座城市更深刻的思考和感知，帮助找到选择与发展的答案，也为这座城市创造更多的可能。
