In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Suri Li

Art Historian

Suri Li has studied History of Art (2015-2019) at the University of Edinburgh and History of Art and Architecture (Mphil 2020) at the University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on the Dominican nunneries in Tuscany between the fourteenth and sixteenth century. 李思睿（Suri Li），本科就读于英国爱丁堡大学艺术史系，并以一等荣誉学位毕业；硕士研究生师从Dr Donal Cooper，毕业于英国剑桥大学艺术史系，研究方向为意大利文艺复兴时期苦修教派的修女绘画；求学期间曾前往意大利托斯卡纳地区教堂及修道院调研学习，并曾以道明会修女画家璞拉蒂拉•内利（Plautilla Nelli）的《最后的晚餐》（Last Supper）为研究题目获得最佳毕业论文奖。求学期间还曾于多家中外艺术机构实习，并掌握英语、意大利语、韩语、拉丁语、德语等多国语言以供艺术史学习及研究用。
