Amanda Iheme is an Igbo-Nigerian who works as a psychotherapist and an architecture photographer in Lagos. She runs her private practice called NDỊDỊ which means 'patience' where she currently works with private clients suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, and existential crisis, organizes private and public lectures, and provides psychotherapy sessions for the staff of corporate firms.

He has won awards in recognition of his efforts in public health education of the average Nigerian and worked with the United Nations on an advocacy project for COVID-19 in Nigeria.
He is popularly known as Aproko Doctor on social media for his creative use of social media to combat health misinformation and influence healthy lifestyle practices. One of the methods he employs in doing this is using creative storytelling known as the Okirikiri series. This is done in an effort to modify the behavior of Africans and Nigerians in particular and thereby reducing the mortality rate from preventive diseases.
Currently, he is a part of the digital influencers for the International Centre for Journalism Knights and a Fellow. He was also recently recognized by the Impact Africa Summit with an award in Health Media and Journalism. Was also recognized by YNaija as one of the Top 10 Nigerian digital influencers in 2020.

This is in addition to his initiative where he raises funds for Nigerians who may not be able to pay their medical bills.
Chinonso believes that health equity can be achieved in resource poor countries such as Nigeria by using health education as a tool to modify behavior and improve health outcomes in Africa.
Has been a guest at BBC Africa, Plus TV, CNBC Africa and numerous other stations spreading the message of preventive healthcare many others, He has also been vocal about ensuring that the government plays its role in achieving Universal Healthcare for all.
He is an alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria where he earned his MBBS degree, he has also volunteered in the Red Cross society and has been involved in numerous health campaigns especially in the rural areas.
He also has a degree in brand management and is involved in helping to develop the brands of small startups especially in the healthcare industry which fosters development in the Nigerian healthcare sector
Chinonso is passionate about health information dissemination in Africa and wants to make positive contributions towards improving health care delivery and health ignorance by leveraging on health education.
